Returns and Store Credit

  • Eligibility: Due to different manufacturers and suppliers', eligibility days will vary. To be eligible for a store credit, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. Send an email to (CustomerService@paramountscents.com) for product details.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Certain types of items cannot be returned for store credit, such as perishable goods, custom products, and intimate or sanitary goods. Please check with us (CustomerService@paramountscents.com) for details on return eligibility.
  • Store Credit: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. If approved, a store credit will be issued to your account. This credit can be used for future purchases on our website.
  • Manufacturer and Supplier Policies: Due to our use of global manufacturers and suppliers, some items will have different return and refund policies. We will inform you of any specific return conditions for your item when you contact us.
  • Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for paying for their own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Processing Time: Please allow 5-7 business days for your return to be processed once we receive the item. Store credit will be issued within this time frame.

How to Initiate a Return

  2. We will respond with instructions on how to send your item back to us if the product is eligible, including any specific return conditions from the manufacturer or supplier.
  3. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.

No exchanges, if approved a store credit will be issued.
