Return Policy

At Paramount Scents, your satisfaction is our priority. We take great pride in the quality of our products and carefully package every order. Please review our return policy below before making a purchase:

Fragrance Products

Due to the nature of fragrance oils and for hygiene and safety reasons, all fragrance products sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds on fragrance oils once they have been shipped.

The Exception 

We want you to love your purchase. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at CustomerService@paramountscents.com. We will gladly work with you to replace the item or issue store credit.

To be eligible for a replacement or credit:

  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
  • The issue must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
  • Photos of damaged or defective items will be required.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Fragrance products (all sizes)
  • Sale or promotional items
  • Gift cards
